Sameer Paddalwar

Sameer serves as CFO for Avanze Group and is also a Promoter, Director & CEO of Boston Financial Advisory Group.

In his previous stints, Sameer has served in the role of Head - Finance spearheading strategic direction, vision and leading organizations towards spiralling revenue growth and performance improvements. He has been successful in heading and managing financial operations for India, APAC & EMEA operations. He is being instrumental in heading Capital Infusion, Acquisition, Capital Structuring, Spin-off operations with élan. Proficient in laying down automated/ERP systems that worked well in India & overseas locations. Completely conversant with accounting standards in India (I-GAAP), US GAAP and IFRS.

Sameer has an impeccable academic record with rich expertise of over 25 years with premier IT and Manufacturing Organizations. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Management Accountant, Cost Accountant from United States and India.
