Candace Dingmann

Candace Dingmann is a seasoned Global Business Services Operations Leader currently serving as SVP of Global Shared Services at Davies. With over a decade of experience in operations, business process improvement, and organizational leadership, Candace previously held the role of VP for Global Shared Services at Organon, where significant achievements included the establishment of Shared Services Centers in Lisbon and Kuala Lumpur and the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana across 72 countries. Candace's career spans prominent organizations such as GE, Merck, and Microsoft, and includes strategic roles that drove growth and operational excellence. Currently, they are also a Distinguished Fellow at Avasant, contributing thought leadership in digital transformation and process innovation. Candace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration.
