James Rinaldi

James Rinaldi is an experienced technology leader serving as the Executive Director and Board Member at Innovate@UCLA since July 2020, where responsibilities include representing the organization within the Southern California technology community. Rinaldi is also a member of the Executive Committee for the Avasant Distinguished Fellowship Program, contributing expertise alongside industry leaders. As a founding team member of Immortal, Rinaldi is involved in developing a cutting-edge enterprise platform. Additionally, Rinaldi holds advisory roles at MORI Associates, Phenomenati, and 3GC/Pandoblox, and is a fellow with Innovation for Large Organizations. Previously, Rinaldi acted as Chief Information Technology Advisor at Jet Propulsion Laboratory and served as CIO at both Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the FDA. Rinaldi's educational background includes studies at the University of North Florida from 1975 to 1980.
