Ralf Thür began their work experience in 1996 as a Maschinenzeichner (Machine Draftsman) at SFS intec AG. Ralf then worked at SFS intec as a Projektleiter PLM (Project Manager PLM) from 2000 to 2006. In 2007, they joined ROTRING DATA AG as a Consultant PDM/MCAD. In 2010, they joined avasis GmbH as Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) and later became a member of the Geschäftsleitung (Executive Board). In 2018, they became CEO/VRP (Chairman of the Board) at avasis AG.
Ralf Thür's education history includes obtaining a Diploma in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Technology from ibW Höhere Fachschule Südostschweiz. Ralf attended this school from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they pursued an eMBA FH in Business Engineering from Kalaidos Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft, from 2009 to 2011.
