Radhakrishnan Rav is the Executive Chairman of AVASOFT. Radhakrishnan has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked in various roles such as Senior Engineer, Systems Analyst, Project Lead, Technical Architect, and Account Head. Radhakrishnan has extensive experience in J2EE and EAI technologies, and has worked with clients in the US and Europe.

Radhakrishnan Rav attended Bangalore University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
