At Avastra, we help business leaders reclaim their time - the most valuable tool they have in their arsenal.

Our mind-set is that as a Managing Director or CEO, your time is your greatest source of leverage. You already have thousands of hours available to you each week through your team, but how you spend your own 40+ hours determines how effectively that potential is used.

Managing Directors and CEOs often find their days consumed by tasks, escalations, and decisions that someone else should be handling.

The result? Being stuck in “reactive mode” with less time to think, lead, and build the future.

We help you break that cycle.

Our work focuses on giving you back the bandwidth, allowing you to proactively decide how to use your time; whether that’s making strategic decisions, eliminating current growth obstacles and converting operational drag into measurable margin gains or simply being able to come home early and have dinner with your family a couple of times per week.

A quick way of telling if having a chat with us is worth your time is answering this:

How much of your week do you spend doing things that are not the MDs/CEOs job?

If you'd like to explore how you can save 8+ hours per week, reach out via the contact info below.
