Conor Thomas

Conor Thomas is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at Avatar since February 2016, Conor oversees a team across six locations, supporting over 1000 employees and has been fast-tracked in the executive development program with an assignment in New York. Previously, Conor worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Debut from May 2007 to December 2015, where data-driven talent recommendations were developed, enhancing customer success in talent acquisition. Conor's career began as an intern at Debenhams from October 2005 to February 2007.
