Randy Foster

Mr. Randall S. Foster is a co-founder and the President and CEO of Avatar Computing Inc. He is a disabled veteran, who served 20 years in the United States Air Force. As a Master Navigator in the B-52 Strategic Bomber and KC-135 Air Refueling aircraft, he performed flying duties globally for 13 years. Lieutenant Colonel Foster also served as a Systems Acquisition Contracts Specialist, Bombardment Wing Executive Officer, and Chief of Standardization and Evaluation Branch. In addition, Colonel Foster, was the Deputy Director, Plans and Programs at 16th Air Force Headquarters, Madrid Spain and Chief of Staff, Defense Contract Management District, in Boston MA. Mr. Foster as a defense contractor, has provided support to the Air Space Mission Planning Division located at Hanscom Air Force Base. Mr. Foster is a resident graduate of the Air Force’s Air Command and Staff Collage, and holds a Master degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science from California State University, Fresno. As the CEO of AVATAR Computing, Mr. Foster has led a diverse staff of technologists with a vigilant desire to support the federal workforce and commercial customers throughout the United States.
