Jack Tsang is a tech and transactions lawyer with experience in the UK, EMEA, APAC, and US markets. Jack began their career in 2010 as a Trainee Solicitor at Simmons & Simmons, then moved to Slaughter and May in 2012 as an Associate. In 2014 they joined King & Wood Mallesons as Of Counsel. In 2020 they became a Partner at AmLaw200 ranked international law firm FisherBroyles, LLP in its London office, where they act as legal advisor to tech companies at different stages of their lifecycles. In 2022 they became a Director at Inavya Ventures, where they work on the development of AVATR, a CE marked medical device that deploys artificial intelligence to enable a person to create, own, and share their digital profile to receive remote medical care.

Jack Tsang holds a Master of Laws - LLM from The Australian National University, a Certificate in Cloud Computing Law from Queen Mary University of London, and a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of Nottingham. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Cisco Introduction to Cybersecurity from the Cisco Networking Academy, Cloud Practitioner Essentials Certificate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), IBM Technical Support Professional Certificate from IBM, Licentiate from the Institute of Biomedical Science, and Member from the Royal Society for Public Health.
