Patrick Nicholas has worked in various legal roles throughout their career. Patrick started as an Articled Clerk at Blake Dawson in 2008 and later became a Lawyer in the Corporate department. Patrick then joined Ashurst in 2012 as a Lawyer in the Corporate team, and later became a Senior Associate. In 2016, they joined Avature as a Senior Legal Counsel and eventually became the Legal Director for Commercial, Contracts & Intellectual Property.

Patrick Nicholas attended Trinity College in Perth from 1993 to 2001. From 2002 to 2006, they studied at The University of Western Australia, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (First Class Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
