Thomas Flaherty

Thomas Flaherty is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for North America at Avature, Thomas has previously held positions such as Vice President of Sales at Kelly Services and Vice President of Global Solutions at Alight Solutions. Additionally, Thomas served as Vice President of Cloud Services at Alight, previously AonHewitt, and as Vice President of Partner at Aon, also formerly known as AonHewitt. Earlier in their career, Thomas was a Partner in Global Process Services at IBM, following an acquisition of PWC Advisory Services. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from North Carolina State University.
