David Steinke

David Steinke possesses extensive experience in solution consulting and pre-sales engineering, primarily at Avaya from October 2004 to the present. As a Solution Consultant, David is a key member of the Global Vertical Account team, focusing on transformational solutions for digital and cloud migrations across various platforms including UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaaS. Previous roles at Avaya include Senior System Engineer for Global Accounts and Strategic Accounts Sales Engineer, where David built Trusted Advisor relationships to enhance the account experience and promote Avaya's collaboration and cloud services. Prior to Avaya, David served as a System Engineer at Norstan and Nortel Networks, providing technical support and playing a critical role in the pre-sales process for telephony and data networking products.
