Don Goetz has over two decades of experience in IT management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Avaya since January 2000, where responsibilities include overseeing global operations for SAP materials and pricing implementation as well as serving as an IT Application Architect for sales and software licensing initiatives. Prior experience includes a Technical Manager role at Avaya, focusing on the development and management of software licensing applications and sales design tools, as well as a Technical Manager position at Lucent Technologies, where Don managed tools for a large user community. Earlier experience at AT&T involved IT operations support and developing a sales design tool for customer premise equipment. Don holds a degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, obtained between 1976 and 1980.
