Edecio Martinez, often referred to as Ed, has extensive experience in the telecommunications and service management sectors. Beginning as Regional Service Director at General Signal Network, Inc., from January 1991 to February 2000, Edecio managed service operations for the Northeastern United States and Canada, overseeing budgeting and third-party maintenance agreements. Following this role, Edecio served as Regional Director at Nortel from February 2000 to February 2005, providing guidance to teams delivering customer services. Edecio continued at Nortel as North American Operation Business Leader from February 2005 to November 2009, focusing on quality service delivery and budget management for business operations exceeding $200 million. Currently, Edecio is the Global Service Director at Avaya, managing a global voice and contact center infrastructure for Morgan Stanley, ensuring strict performance standards are met amidst financial obligations.
