James Archer has extensive experience in web analytics and engineering, having worked at Avaya since 2004 in various capacities. Currently serving as the Global Web Analytics & Search Manager since September 2007, James has developed a strong foundation as a Web Engineer from May 2004 to April 2007, providing operational support for Internet-facing web applications. Prior to joining Avaya, James held the position of Web Publishing Manager from 2000 to 2003, and worked as an Oracle Consultant at Lucent Technologies from 1997 to 2000. Early career roles include a Logistics Analyst at Madge from 1993 to 1997 and a Materials Planner at Perkin Elmer from 1989 to 1993.
