Mithun Roy

Mithun Roy has extensive experience in change management and training, currently serving as Change Management Lead and APS Managing Consultant at Avaya since March 2016. Prior to that, Mithun worked at iYogi Inc. from 2010 to March 2016, where roles included Master Trainer and Senior Trainer, focusing on the transition of business functions, specialized training across departments to enhance interpersonal and soft skills, and managing in-house projects aimed at improving metrics and deliverables. Mithun completed Higher Secondary education in Commerce at New Green Field Public School between 1990 and 2000.
