Roberta Ialongo

Roberta Ialongo has extensive experience in global trade compliance, currently serving as Sr. Manager Global Trade Compliance at Avaya since March 2001. Over the years, Roberta has held various roles including Global Trade Compliance Manager, Global Trade Compliance Specialist, and Order Management Specialist, accumulating expertise in people management, escalations management, and compliance with global trade requirements. Additionally, Roberta has experience in customer support, having served as Customer Support Supervisor for the NEE region and as Customer Support Specialist for the MEA & CEE regions. Prior experience includes a role as Administrative Assistant at the European Patent Office. Roberta holds a degree in Manager Customs and Trade Affairs from Evo-Fenedex and has educational background from Sapienza Università di Roma and Liceo Linguistico - William Shakespeare.
