Roberto Schmidl

Roberto Schmidl is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and sales leadership, currently serving as Global Vice President Customer Success and Renewals at Avaya since 2003. With a track record of increasing client satisfaction and driving business growth, Roberto has held various senior roles within Avaya, including GVP Sales International and Managing Director for Germany, as well as Vice President positions overseeing Cloud Sales and Client Services in the EMEA region. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Lucent Technologies BCS and CompuServe GmbH, where Roberto managed substantial customer service operations and supported significant customer engagement across diverse markets. Roberto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science & Systems from Morgan State University.
