Ron Licata is an accomplished Director of Product Management at Avaya, with extensive experience in product roadmap development and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions. With roles spanning over 15 years at Avaya, including positions as Product Program Director, Director of Customer Success, and Delivery Executive, Ron has demonstrated expertise in managing high-impact strategic programs, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Prior to Avaya, Ron held roles in channel management, business development, and solutions execution across various organizations, including DAS Health and Peak 10. Ron holds an MBA from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor's degree in Information Studies from Florida State University.
