Veronica Grassi

Veronica Grassi has extensive experience in IT operations and management, currently serving as an IT Operations Senior Manager at Avaya since November 2001. Throughout her tenure at Avaya, Veronica has held various managerial roles, including Manager of Avaya Access & Automated Services, CALA On-boarding Manager, and Customer Service Tier I Supervisor. Prior to joining Avaya, Veronica worked as a Presales Engineer at Lucent Technologies and as a Product Manager at Telecom Argentina. The professional journey began at IBM, where Veronica served as Network Services Delivery Manager. Veronica holds a degree in Advertising from Fundacion de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Comerciales, obtained between 1988 and 1991.
