Obaidullah Hakimi is a skilled civil engineer with a diverse background in project management and environmental safeguards. Currently serving as a Commercial Project Engineer at AVB since May 2022, Obaidullah previously held the position of Managing Director at Ard Al Jood Technical Services LLC, where responsibilities included planning, budgeting, and establishing relationships with stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as an Environmental Safeguard Specialist for a World Bank-funded project, ensuring minimal environmental impact on infrastructure, and as a Project Manager at Afghan Darwish Construction Company, successfully recovering project delays and delivering on time. Earlier roles included Quality Control Engineer for CARDF, focusing on quality assurance in construction practices. Obaidullah holds a graduate degree in Civil Engineering from Western Michigan University and has completed an exchange study program in Structural Engineering at Sapienza Università di Roma, alongside a Bachelor's degree from Nangarhar University.
