Michael Darcangelo is a seasoned professional with a background in civil engineering and extensive experience in project management and aviation consulting. They earned an Associate of Science in Engineering Science from Broome Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Michael worked as a Project Manager at Talbert & Cox and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. before becoming a Regional Manager at AVCON, Inc., a position they held from 2002 to 2018. Currently, Michael serves as a Senior Aviation Consultant at AVCON, Inc. and is set to retire effective December 1, 2025.
