Bert Kupers

Bert Kupers is a Maintenance Engineer at Avebe since February 2019, where responsibilities include maintenance operations at the Ter Apelkanaal site. Previously, Bert served as a Maintenance Trainee and conducted research on Condition Based Maintenance as part of a project focusing on Factory 4.0. The goal was to establish a pilot for an online condition monitoring system. Before joining Avebe, Bert worked as a Machine Operator at Essity and completed a technical internship at ENGIE Energie Nederland NV. Bert holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hanze University, attained in 2019, and completed HAVO education at Ubbo Emmius from 2008 to 2015.
