Frans L.

Frans L. is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ICT project execution, currently serving as Project Manager ICT at Avebe since January 2018. In this role, Frans has successfully overseen a variety of IT projects, including migrations to AlwaysOnVPN and Windows 10 workplaces, as well as the replacement of firewalls and switches. Prior to Avebe, Frans held various project management positions at KPN Consulting, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing significant application migrations to Microsoft Azure. Other key experiences include roles as a change manager and trainer for Skype for Business at Univé, and extensive experience at KPN across various technical and leadership roles. Frans holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from NCOI Hogeschool and has a solid educational foundation in logistics and management.
