Wouter Kok

Wouter Kok currently serves as the Assistant Operations Manager at Royal Avebe since September 2017, focusing on mid- to long-term objectives for the DexTAK factory and managing two spray drying towers. Previously, Wouter held the position of Production Leader at DexTAK, overseeing the entire factory operation and ensuring safety, output, and quality. Prior to Royal Avebe, Wouter worked at DOC Kaas as a Team Leader and WCM Specialist, where Lean principles were implemented in production. Wouter's experience also includes serving as a Mini Business Leader at FrieslandCampina, directing and optimizing three production lines, and as a Project Leader at Marko bv, where a comprehensive lean process was established. Wouter began career as a Process Engineer at Nefit B.V., gaining expertise in process optimization aligned with Lean philosophy. Wouter holds a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management and has additional qualifications in Commercial Banking and MAVO studies.
