Matt Fehr

Matt Fehr has over a decade of experience in the chemical manufacturing field, currently serving as the Oligonucleotide Manufacturing Manager at Nitto Avecia since October 2012. In this role, Matt has progressed through various leadership positions, including Senior Oligonucleotides Production Group Leader and Oligonucleotides Production Group Leader, focusing on team management, adherence to batch records, and compliance with GMP documentation. Prior experiences include roles as a Manufacturing Chemist and Chemical Analyst, where Matt oversaw chemical usage and process improvements. Additionally, Matt gained early experience as an Engineering Intern at MillerCoors LLC, working on pollution prevention projects. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Miami University.
