Sara Eeman currently serves as the Workgroup Leader for water & biodiversity at Water Europe since January 2022 and as a Senior Consultant at Aveco de Bondt | Water & Klimaat since April 2020. Previously, Sara Eeman held multiple roles, including Management Master River Delta Development, Senior Lecturer, Teacher in Hydrology, and Project Leader at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences from March 2012 to August 2020. Sara Eeman also conducted PhD research at Wageningen University focused on the mixing between fresh and saline groundwater in polder areas from January 2006 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from Wageningen University & Research (2006-2017), a Master of Science in Applied Earth Science (1999-2005), and a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering (1998-2004), both from Delft University of Technology.
