Janet Roller is a seasoned global brand, marketing, and innovation leader currently serving as the Vice President of Global & North America Channel Marketing at Aveda. Previously, Janet held several key positions at Marriott International, including Vice President of Brand Innovation & Experience Design, where significant initiatives propelled the company’s customer experience. Janet’s extensive experience also includes roles at Shutterfly, where they led brand strategy and consumer insights, as well as positions at Target and Procter & Gamble. Janet earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota, and completed executive education in Design Thinking at Stanford University.
