Willie Hendrickson is the CEO/Founder of AVEKA Group and serves as President of the International Fine Particle Research Institute. They previously served as President of AVEKA, Inc. from 1994 to 2010, and as Technical Manager in 3M's Corporate Research Process Technology Lab from 1990 to 1994. They earned a BA in Chemistry and Math from St. Olaf College (1974) and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Florida (1978).
