Daniel Flading has held a variety of roles in the aviation industry since 2002. Daniel began as the Owner/President of DJF Services, and then went on to become the Company Owner of Wildcat Pool Care in 2014. In 2010, they took on the role of Supervisor of Quality Assurance/Quality Control at InTech Aerospace, followed by Supervisor of Quality Control at ExpressJet Airlines in the same year. In 2006, they became Maintenance Supervisor at Colgan Air, Inc. Continental Connection. From 2015 to 2021, they held the roles of OCI Inspector and Turbine Technician at GE Aero Power, Project Manager at Opamp Information Managment, Aviation Maintenance Instructor at Aviation Institute of Maintenance-Houston, AMT Program Coordinator and Director Of Education at Aviation Institute of Maintenance, and Technical Operations Instructor at Avelo Airlines.

Daniel Flading has a diverse educational background. Daniel obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Information Technology from Lone Star College Tomball in 2000. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, AMT from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology in 1989. Daniel also obtained an Associate's degree Aviation Maintenace Technology from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology. Before that, they attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1983-1987, studying Business Administration/Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained the FAA licensed AMT Airframe and Powerplant certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1989.
