AVEN helps founder-built businesses reduce founder dependency, prepare for succession, and choose what comes next.

Based at Straits Quay Marina in George Town, Penang, and working globally, we serve founders and owners, buyers and investors, families, and advisers through practical education, diagnostics, business systems, advisory and long-term stewardship.

Our platform includes:

• Succession Freedom Systems™ — the Five Freedoms framework
• Succession Readiness Assessment — a structured 20-question diagnostic
• Don’t Let Your Business Die When You’re Gone — Alan Mak’s founder guide
• The AVEN Help Clinic — guided advisory and implementation support
• Succession pathways for keeping, transferring, selling or stewarding a business

Our core belief is simple:

You do not need to be ready to leave. Your business needs to be ready without you.

We are building a global succession knowledge and action platform to help more founder-built businesses survive, transfer and endure.
