James Mateer is an experienced mortgage professional with a career spanning multiple roles in various companies. Starting at American Home Loans as a Sr. Mortgage Banker from May 2005 to August 2009, James continued to build expertise at Americash Mortgage Bankers and loanDepot, LLC, serving in senior positions and later as a Production Manager at loanDepot from October 2011 until November 2017. After a brief tenure at Sovereign Lending Group Incorporated as SVP Sales in 2017, James took on the role of Sales Manager at New American Funding from July 2019 to December 2023. Currently, James serves as an MLO at Aven since October 2024.
