Rich Walker

Rich Walker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rich currently holds multiple positions, including the role of Growth at Aven, Founder at Pilot Performance Marketing, and Senior Advisor at 2nd Order Solutions. Prior to their current roles, Walker served as an Executive Director at Deluxe Corporation, where they built and launched Deluxe Performance Marketing and led client strategy for Deluxe Marketing Solutions. Before that, they were the Managing Director at Winterberry Group, focusing on the Financial Services practice and advising clients on various growth strategies. Walker also worked at Capital One in various executive roles, including Vice President of Marketing, where they oversaw marketing operations, strategy, and collections operations for the US Card division. Earlier in their career, they held the positions of Head of Acquisition at both First Union and Metris Companies.

Rich Walker attended the University of Virginia from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.
