Usman Ghani

Usman Ghani's work experience includes serving as the CTO at Aven | Credit Card Backed by Home Equity since September 2019. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & CTO at Scotty Labs from June 2016 to August 2019, where they focused on reinventing the driving experience. Usman also worked as an Entrepreneur In Residence at SRI International from October 2016 to March 2017. Before that, Usman was the Director of Engineering at Zenefits from January 2015 to June 2016, where they built the data infrastructure and led the infrastructure team. Usman started their career as a Distributed Systems Engineer at Platfora from January 2013 to January 2015. Usman also worked as an Engineer in Azure at Microsoft from January 2008 to January 2013, where they contributed to the development of the Windows Azure platform. Usman'searly career included a role as a Research Assistant at Lahore University of Management Sciences from August 2007 to December 2007.

From 2003 to 2007, Usman Ghani attended the NED University of Engineering and Technology. Usman pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems during this time.
