LaShaun Maxie has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance. LaShaun started their career in 1998 as a Senior Analytical Chemist at Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including Manufacturing Supervisor II, Senior Quality Auditor, and Supplier Quality Commodity Manager. In 2014, they joined Sagent Pharmaceuticals as a Quality Assurance Auditor before moving on to become the Director of Quality Assurance at Athenex Pharmaceutical Division in 2016. In this role, they successfully launched 98 products and managed their lifecycle. Currently, they are working at Avenacy as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance.
LaShaun Maxie received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Global Business from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in the year 2013. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1993, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Northern Illinois University.
