Daniel Mark Sapozhnikov

Daniel Mark Sapozhnikov is a Scientist I at AvenCell since August 2023, with a robust background in research and biology. Previously, Daniel engaged in undergraduate research at McGill University from November 2013 to September 2016, focusing on DNA methylation in the Szyf laboratory, and served as a Casual Research Assistant during the summer before graduate studies. Experience also includes a position as a Laboratory Technician in the Krahe Laboratory and an internship at Montefiore Health System as part of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Summer Undergraduate Research Program. Daniel holds a PhD in Pharmacology and Therapeutics from McGill University, completed in November 2023, and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biology from the same institution, earned in 2016. Early education was completed at Fair Lawn High School from 2008 to 2012.
