Jill Rogers

Jill Rogers has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jill currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at AvenCell since 2022. Prior to that, Jill worked at Celanese from 2015 where they served as Vice President Human Resources, handling various responsibilities including talent management, DE&I, and executive leadership roles. Before their role at Celanese, Jill worked at Amgen from 2001 to 2015 in different roles such as Exec Director, Associate Director, and Senior Manager, Human Resources. Jill'searlier experiences include working at Dell as an HR SR Consultant and Staffing Manager from 1998 to 2001, and at Motorola, Inc as an HR Generalist and Recruiter from 1995 to 1998. Overall, Jill Rogers has a strong background in various aspects of human resources and has held leadership positions in multiple companies throughout their career.
