Michelle Jones is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and food safety with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager - Food at Avendra LLC since September 2016, Michelle ensures compliance with food safety standards for hotels and convention centers by verifying vendor practices. Michelle previously held the position of QA Manager at Shake Shack from August 2013 to August 2016, overseeing food safety across domestic locations and collaborating with suppliers. Prior experience includes Retail Quality Assurance Manager at Starbucks, managing food safety protocols for over 300 stores, and QA Manager at Coca-Cola North America - Vitamin Water, where oversight was given to food safety and quality assurance. Michelle holds a B.S. in Animal Sciences and Industry and a Master of Science in Food Science, both from Kansas State University.
