Patrick Poncet

Patrick Poncet has extensive experience in the hospitality and procurement sectors, currently serving as Vice President for Caribbean and Latin America at Avendra LLC, after holding roles such as Director and Manager of Strategic Accounts. Prior experience includes positions at Accor as a Procurement Specialist in Compliance and Service Management and as a Commodity Specialist. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked at Sofitel in various managerial roles, including Restaurant/Bar and Banquet Manager. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hotel and Foodservice Management from Institut Lyfe (Ex-Institut Paul Bocuse), completed between 1994 and 1997.
