Dejan Talevski

Dejan Talevski is currently the Director of Telecom Delivery at Avenga, where they oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple accounts and projects. With over 24 years of experience in IT and telecom solutions, Dejan has held significant roles, including Project Manager and Head of the Telecommunication Networks Department at Alcatel-Lucent, and Senior Project Manager at Qinshift. Dejan's expertise lies in operational excellence, strategic planning, and building high-performing teams, while also contributing to business expansion through collaboration with sales and marketing teams. They hold an M.Sc. in Telecommunications and a B.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunications from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje, along with project management accreditation from Alcatel-Lucent University.
