Jorge Saffe is a Senior Software, DevOps, and Cloud Engineer with extensive experience in hydrometeorological data processing, radar systems, and software development. They developed the Hydro-Meteorological Toolkit at FAMAF-UNC, a comprehensive data processing library that automates precipitation field calculations. They co-founded H2Hydra and are currently pursuing a Master in Radar Systems and Instrumentation while holding roles at Avenga and as a freelancer.
