Justyna Wroniak

Justyna Wroniak possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, having held various leadership roles at Avenga since March 2012, including People & Culture Director and Talent Acquisition & HR Director. Justyna began her career in recruitment as a Junior Recruitment Specialist and advanced through several positions to become a Recruitment Team Lead. Prior to Avenga, Justyna worked as a Researcher at People Sp. z o.o. Educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Human Capital Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Wyższa Szkoła Finansów i Zarządzania w Warszawie, and a master's degree in Education from the University of Warsaw.
