Gary E. Benedik

Gary E. Benedik has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the recruitment and human resources industry. Gary is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Avenica, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Arch Advisory Group starting in August 2020. In 2019, they founded UnGhosted™, a web-based platform focused on transparency and community for job seekers.

From 2017 to 2020, Benedik worked at Scout Exchange, where they held the positions of Sr. Director, Marketplace Operations + Growth and Director, Mid Market. Gary played a key role in implementing machine learning algorithms and driving marketplace growth and customer retention.

Before that, Benedik served as the Managing Director of Experis at ManpowerGroup from 2015 to 2017. Gary was responsible for building and leading a sales function, resulting in increased customer acquisition and retention.

Earlier in their career, Benedik held roles such as GTM Marketplace Consultant at BuiltWorlds and Shiftgig. Gary also worked at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2010 to 2014 in various recruitment and management positions.

Benedik began their career at Systems Research Inc. (SRI), where they held the positions of Enterprise Relationship Manager and Talent Consultant.

Gary E. Benedik completed their Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology from Western Illinois University from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended St. Laurence High School from 1998 to 2001.
