Claudia Gamma

Claudia Gamma has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Claudia started their career at Credit Suisse as a Junior Career Starter in Human Capital Development & Evaluation from February 2004 to December 2005. Claudia then joined UBS as an HR Advisor from August 2006 to June 2007, and later transitioned to the role of HR Specialist in Human Resources & Education, Recruitment Graduates from July 2007 to June 2009. Claudia then joined EGL AG as an HR Development Specialist from July 2009 to July 2011, and subsequently became an HR Business Partner and HR Development Specialist from August 2011 to February 2012. Claudia continued their HR career at Axpo Group as an HR Business Partner from March 2012 to June 2015. Claudia then joined Avectris AG as an HR Business Partner from July 2015 to December 2018. Claudia currently holds the position of Expert HR Business Partner at Aveniq, where they started as a Senior HR Business Partner from January 2019 to January 2021. From January 2021 to June 2021, Claudia served as an Expert HR Business Partner and Deputy Head of HR at Aveniq. Alongside their HR career, they also work as a Coach for Work Life Design at Coaching Empower, providing coaching services for personal growth and development.

Claudia Gamma studied at the University of Zurich from 2000 to 2006. Claudia obtained a Master of Science/lic.phil. degree in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie.

Later, in 2011 to 2013, Claudia attended RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, where they pursued a Master's degree in Personalentwicklung. The field of study for this degree is not specified.

Finally, in 2020 to 2021, Claudia enrolled at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz. During this period, they completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Business Coaching.
