Renato S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Renato started their career in 2007 as Leiter IT / CIO at arvato infoscore (Bertelsmann SE & Co KGaA), where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Alphapay AG (Swisscom Schweiz AG) as an ICT Consultant & Application Engineer. After two years, they moved on to EOS Schweiz AG (Otto group) where they held various positions, including Director IT & Application Management and Head Project- & Application Management. Their tenure at EOS Schweiz AG lasted until 2022. Currently, Renato is working as a Teamleader Migration & Integration Services at Aveniq since 2023.

Renato S. has a strong education background in the field of Wirtschaftsinformatik, or Business Informatics. From 2002 to 2005, they attended Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and obtained a diploma in Wirtschaftsinformatik. Renato S. further pursued their education and completed a Master's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Hochschule Luzern from 2013 to 2015.
