Othmar Dendorfer is a seasoned professional in Human Resources Management with extensive experience in consulting and corporate learning. Since March 2014, Othmar has been a Senior Consultant at Avenir Consulting AG, a leading HR consultancy in Switzerland, collaborating with a team of partners and experts to deliver comprehensive HR solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Learning & Development at Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG from November 1999 to February 2014 and Head of Education at Graubuendner Kantonalbank from September 1988 to September 1997. Othmar holds an Executive Master of Banking from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and several other banking and HR-related qualifications, including the Swiss Certified Banking Expert and the Swiss Certified Training Manager, along with certificates in Applied Psychology and Applied Philosophy.
