The world of work is changing fast, and people are being left behind more than ever before.

Redundancy is a predictable moment in a modern career, yet the support around people has yet to catch up. Senior leaders receive outplacement packages. Early-career professionals can access graduate schemes and government programmes. Mid-career professionals, the people with 10, 15, 20 years of experience, are expected to figure it out alone.
Avenir Pathways exists to close that gap.

We help mid-career professionals whose roles have been made redundant to reset with clarity, confidence, and capability, and re-enter the workforce stronger than they left it. Our work is grounded in behavioural science, focused on AI readiness and the future of work, and designed with inclusion at the core.

Because underrepresented communities are disproportionately affected by redundancy and underemployment, we commit that at least 51% of participants across our programmes will be from underrepresented groups.

Our first programme, Future Reset™, is a fully funded pilot for mid-level women in the marketing and creative industries, combining identity and confidence rebuilding, practical AI skills, and real-world hiring insight.
