Steven Hamilton

Steven Hamilton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial markets and regulation. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at ClearToken and an Independent Non-Executive Director at Tower Research Capital Europe B.V, they have previously held senior roles, including Global Head of Financial Derivatives at Intercontinental Exchange, where they led the Libor transition project. After taking a sabbatical to travel with family, they resumed their career consulting on financial market infrastructure and digital securities. Steven has also contributed to regulatory oversight as a Senior Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority.
