James Paver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the property development and finance sectors. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Avenor since 2015, James has demonstrated leadership and innovation in real estate. Previous roles include Development at Leighton Properties Pty Ltd and a position in Real Estate Finance at Investec (Australia). James served as a Lieutenant in the Army Reserve with the Australian Defence Force from 2008 to 2011 and gained early experience in development at John Boyd Properties. Academically, James holds a Bachelor of Property Economics (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney, has been recognized as School Captain and Cadet Under Officer at The Kings School, North Parramatta, and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
