Peter Clemesha

Peter Clemesha is a highly experienced professional in property development, currently serving as Co-Founder and Executive Director at Avenor since 2015, focusing on commercial and mixed-use developments in Sydney. Previously, Peter held significant roles including Property Executive at Leighton Properties, where major projects included the 177 Pacific Highway Vodafone office development and various prominent developments such as Port Botany Logistics Business Park and the Barangaroo bid. As Head of Property Development at Abacus Property Group, Peter led diverse projects spanning industrial, retail, and residential sectors.
